COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

In case the Customer chooses to receive his order from the store when submitting his order, he will receive an electronic information about the estimated time of receipt of his order from that store (receipt confirmation). The customer is obliged to receive his order within five calendar days from the receipt of the relevant receipt notice. If the customer does not receive the product within five (5) calendar days from the receipt of the notice to be received, the store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. To receive the order, the customer must present the order confirmation (order code) and the notice of receipt, as well as an official identity document (such as a police ID card or passport). If the customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third authorized person must have with him a special authorization to receive the specific order legally considered by KEP or police or other authority, as well as an official document necessary for the identity check (police ID, passport, etc.). As after the receipt of the products the risk passes to the customer, the latter must check upon receipt of the products he receives, as by signing at receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order.

SHIPPING BY COURIER AND DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER'S ADDRESS

In case the product is sent to the place chosen by the customer, the product is delivered to the external partner-carrier SPEEDEX and the customer is informed electronically that the product is ready to be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's order. Any incorrect registration by the customer and, therefore, incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not the responsibility of the store but the customer. As after the receipt of the products the risk passes to the customer, the latter must check upon receipt of the products he receives, as by signing at receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. If the customer does not receive the product after receiving the notice to be sent and despite the relevant notice from the carrier, the store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.
The cost of transport is € 4.00 for all of Greece.
Inaccessible destinations are excluded.
Orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 13:00.

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries of orders within Greece are made with an external courier partner and the delivery time is usually 1-4 days depending on the shipping area. Deliveries of orders outside Greece are made with the financial service of SPEEDEX and the delivery time depends on the country of the recipient.
